1Are your bags FSC certified?

Yes. We also use paper sourced from responsibly managed forests and hold FSC certification.

2Can I customize the bag’s size, shape, and design?

Absolutely. Every element from paper type, handle style is customizable to suit your brand. (subject to availability of the respective raw materials). Anyway if time permits, we would also able to source those required materials to meet your requirement.

3What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

To offer the optimal rate, our typical MOQ is 3.000 pieces for any single design. though it may vary for special orders.

4What printing technologies do you use?

We employ advanced European offset printing for sharp detail, vibrant colors, and long-lasting results.

5Do you offer design assistance?

Yes, our in-house Product Development & Innovation Center helps bring your ideas to life. During the design approval stage, our DTP team will frequently corresponding with your assigned party to ensure, every artwork will go through proper approval mechanism.

6What finishes are available?

We offer lamination (matte/glossy), Spot UV, foil stamping, embossing, glitter, and more.

7How long is the production time?

Standard orders are fulfilled within 2–4 weeks, depending on customization and quantity.

8Can you provide samples before bulk production?

Yes, we provide physical samples or mockups upon request. Subject to the type of design, quantity & intensity of the product print. This will also apply with the courier charges to be borne by the customer.

9Do you deliver internationally?

Initially we offer ExW prices for any net items. But, yes!, we mainly export to over 22 countries in Europe and the UK. We can manage bulk logistics for global clients.
